ColsenKeane partnered with Supply Wisdom to bring a live leather experience to the American Bankers Association conference in Charlotte — handcrafted luggage tags, debossed on the spot with each guest's initials. What started as a gifting activation turned into something neither of us anticipated: lines wrapping around the corner, strangers stopping mid-stride to watch, and a buzz that spread through the entire convention center.
But here's what doesn't show up in the recap metrics: the conversations. The guests who lingered a little longer than expected.
